USB DataLogger doesn´t run in program mode

The topic on number crunching

Postby andre » Thu May 16, 2013 12:00 am

I try to make the USB Datalogger from 2011/12 but the program doesn´t run in program mode.

After much tries, I could run on debug mode putting "& 0x77FF" on _CONFIG1 and test send uart data, then LED turn on, and I could put data on StickMemory.

I´m using picKit3, mplab8.88.
In programming mode doesn´t run it, program/verify is OK.
I use USBStickLogger_v1.2.hex and compile mine too.
Disconect the pickit3 from ICSP, reload power, but when send data nothing occur. I tried too program on mplab and in stand alone pickit3 write and verify ok, but doesn´t worked.

Set all pins to digital doesn´t work in program mode too
puting AD1PCFG &= 0x1FFF; and try AD1PCFG = 0xFFFF;

Some idea ?

did you get the baudrate right?

The link speed command in the config.txt file should be formatted like:

COM_BAUDRATE: 115200

did you program the controller yourself?

Yes the data is send in 9600, and I don´t need the config.txt if debug mode. I try to put the file now then continuos the same for debug I can write the MenStick but not run in program/release.
The MenStick don´t flash own led when connected in program mode.

I don´t use the thermal fuse, but this can´t be my problem.
