Hallo Zusammen
Ich weiss, es ist lange her seit ich mich gemeldet habe, trotzdem hier mal wieder was von mir:
Ein kleines Sommerrätsel für die Profiler Jungs mit der alten Profiler (Generation1)

Wer es als erster errät erhält von mir die CAD Pläne

Bitte genaue Beschreibung !!! Und jeder nur einmal....wenn ihrs nicht rausfindet bis in einer Woche gibts ein weiteres Bild

I believe it's a clamp for a small proxon that can be fit at a 90 degree angle so you can also mill from the side of the part.

Not sure wether I'm right or not, but at least I know it will be another one of your smart inventions!

The holes for the screw where it seems to fit to the z-axis are (as far as I can see) NOT 80 mm from each other, so the "normal" fitting to the Z-axis is not the case here ??

We are far from a solution..., but lets work together to defeat this genius Schweizerische frasze meister....

Zunächst zu Deiner zweiten Frage, ob dieses Forum langsam einschläft (Forum scheint ausgestorben), ich glaube nicht. Das Gegenteil scheint der Fall zu sein, wie u.a. Erwin und Hessel beweisen.

Es ist nur offensichtlich so, daß einige meiner nationalen „PROFILER“ eher an bequemen Lösungen interessiert sind und dieses Forum gelegentlich als Frustbörse benutzen.

Als Antwort zu Deiner ursächlichen Frage:
-das obere Deiner Bilder läßt einen Gegenstand erkennen der wie ein Handrad aussieht,
-das untere Bild zeigt eine Halterung für ein rundes Objekt,
Beides zusammen könnte zu einer Spanabsaugung gehören, - ich weiß nur nicht wie beide Teile zusammenpassen!?!

First to your second question whether this forum falls asleep slowly (forum seems become extinct), I believe not. The opposite seems to be the case, as Erwin and Hessel prove among others.

It is only obviously that some of my national „PROFILER “rather are interested on comfortable solutions and use this forum occasionally as frustration stock exchange.

As answer to your causal question:
- the upper of your pictures shows an article that looks like a handwheel,
- the lower picture shows a mounting plate for a round object,
Both together could belong to a splinter suction apparatus, - only, I do not know how both parts match together !? !
